To Make an application on a rental property you will need to carry out the following steps.

All tenant(s) will need to complete an application form and submit one form of identification, one form of proof of address and proof of residency, for us to check (in person). Once all tenants and guarantors have submitted the application forms and corresponding documents you shall now be required to pay the Holding Deposit (per tenancy) which is equivalent to one week’s rent.

Once the application forms and related documents have been submitted and payment is made, we shall forward your information to the third-party credit and referencing company HOMELET, who will contact you via email to collect the relevant information and start the credit and referencing process. you shall have 15 Calendar days (from the date the payment is made) to complete the credit and referencing process and sign the tenancy agreement. On the basis that’s the credit check and references are returned satisfactory, the tenancy shall be approved.


New Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) Signed on or after the 1st of June 2019

Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant.
